What we collect

  • Information you submit. When you request a value range or a consult, or email us, we receive what you provide: name, email, phone if offered, county, revenue range, industry, and exit timeline.
  • Technical basics. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, if you arrive from an ad or a link, campaign parameters such as UTM tags or click identifiers, so we know which outreach works.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request and prepare the value range or schedule the consult you asked for.
  • To operate and improve the site and our outreach.
  • We send transactional messages only: a confirmation of your request and personal replies. No newsletter and no automated drip sequences, unless you later ask for something like that explicitly.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell or rent your information. Ever.
  • We do not share the substance of any inquiry. The fact that you are exploring an exit stays confidential.
  • We share data only with the service providers that run this site (hosting, form delivery, email), and only as needed to run it.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records as long as they are useful for serving you, then delete them. If you want your information corrected or removed, email info@lakeshoreexitpartners.com and we will take care of it promptly.
